Pure Shilajit UK Extract Capsules - Red Reishi & Shiitake & Shilajit
Red Reishi and Shiitake mushrooms are known for their immune-boosting properties and their ability to support longevity and reduce inflammation. Paired with shilajit, which enhances nutrient absorption, this blend promotes a balanced immune system, detoxification and overall vitality.
Our Red Reishi, Shiitake and Shilajit capsules put all three in one capsule. They're made for travel, busy days, or for anyone who wants this specific blend. If you're after shilajit on its own every day, start with our shilajit resin. It's the purest, most concentrated form of shilajit and the everyday choice.
This post covers what's in each capsule, what the research says about each ingredient, and how to get the most from them.
What's in each capsule?
- 150mg Red Reishi extract
- 200mg Shiitake extract
- 150mg shilajit extract
- 500mg in total per capsule
The label suggests 3 capsules a day, so a pot of 60 lasts 20 days. They come in pots of 60, 120, 360 and 720.
Red Reishi: the mushroom of longevity
Red Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), known as lingzhi in China, has been used for centuries in China, Japan and other Asian countries to promote health and longevity.
A detailed 2011 review in the book Herbal Medicine: Biomolecular and Clinical Aspects covers its traditional uses and the modern research, including its role in modulating the immune system (read the review).
Shiitake: immunity in the research
Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is one of the world's most widely eaten mushrooms. It's also one of the best studied for immunity.
In a 2015 study, 52 healthy adults ate shiitake mushrooms every day for 4 weeks. Afterwards they had:
- 60% more growth in a type of immune cell called γδ-T cells
- Twice as much growth in NK-T cells
- More secretory IgA, a marker of gut immunity
- Lower C-reactive protein, a marker of inflammation
(Read the study.) The researchers concluded that regular shiitake improved immunity, under less inflammatory conditions than before. The study used whole mushrooms, 5 or 10g a day, rather than an extract.
Shilajit: what it adds
Shilajit enhances nutrient absorption. Its fulvic acid acts as a natural transporter, helping the body take up minerals and nutrients. A major 2011 review also reports that fulvic acid has shown a positive effect on immune function, and links shilajit's traditional uses to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects (read the review).
In Ayurveda, shilajit has long been used to support the body's natural detoxification. More in Shilajit and Ayurvedic Medicine.
Why take them together?
Red Reishi for longevity, Shiitake for immunity and shilajit for nutrient absorption. Together, this blend promotes a balanced immune system, detoxification and overall vitality. It's an excellent supplement for anyone looking to maintain strong immunity and promote general health.

Capsules or resin?
Resin is the purest, most concentrated form of shilajit. A pea-sized serving of resin is all shilajit, around 500mg. A capsule of this blend has 150mg of shilajit, sharing space with the two mushrooms. Resin also works out cheaper per day.
| Price | Lasts about | Cost per day | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resin, 1 jar | £29.99 | 60 days | 50p |
| Resin, 4 jars | £79.99 | 240 days | 33p |
| Capsules, 60 | £17.99 | 20 days | 90p |
| Capsules, 120 | £29.99 | 40 days | 75p |
| Capsules, 360 | £79.99 | 120 days | 67p |
| Capsules, 720 | £129.99 | 240 days | 54p |
Capsule costs are based on 3 a day, as the label suggests. The capsules make sense for:
- Travel. No kettle, no mug, no sticky spoon.
- Busy days. Three seconds with a glass of water.
- You want the mushrooms. This is the easy way to get Red Reishi and Shiitake with your shilajit.
More in Shilajit Resin vs Capsules: Which Should You Buy?

- Swallow with a glass of water.
- Take them every day, all year round. In the shiitake study, people ate it daily for 4 weeks.
Quality you can check
All our capsules are lab tested, including these Red Reishi, Shiitake and Shilajit capsules.
We also publish the full certificate for our shilajit resin. Every batch of resin is tested by Huson and Hardwick (Alex Stewart Agriculture), an ISO 17025 accredited lab in Liverpool. Our February 2026 batch came back at 73.8% fulvic acid and 88.5% total humic substances, with heavy metals within limits and no E. coli, salmonella or pesticides detected. See the Lab Results page or the full certificate (PDF).
