# Official Rules
## Pure Shilajit UK x Revolution Muay Thai Giveaway

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Revolution Muay Thai Phuket is a prize partner and is not the promoter.

### 1. Who can enter
Open to residents of the United Kingdom and the European Union aged 18 or over. Entrants from Italy and Belgium are excluded due to national promotional law. Employees of the Promoter and Revolution Muay Thai, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
The winner must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond their travel dates and be able to obtain any visa required for Thailand.

### 2. Entry period
Opens 09:00 BST on 14 September 2026. Closes 23:59 BST on 27 September 2026. Entries outside this period are not counted.

### 3. How to enter
**By purchase.** Place an order at pureshilajituk.co.uk during the entry period. Entries are awarded automatically at 2 entries for every £1 spent, plus a bonus of 250 entries on orders of £70 or more. Entries are calculated on line-item prices less line-item discounts, and exclude tax and shipping. The maximum available from a single order is 409 entries.
**Free entry, no purchase necessary.** Email hello@pureshilajituk.co.uk with the subject line GIVEAWAY ENTRY, giving your full name, postal address and date of birth. Free entries receive **409 entries**, the same as the maximum available by purchase. Buying does not improve your chance of winning. Limit one free entry per person per day. Free entry is available for the whole entry period.
**Bonus entries.** After entering, participants may earn 50 additional entries each time a friend places an order using their referral link, and 20 entries for visiting the Promoter's Instagram page. These are open to purchase and free entrants alike.
Entries linked to orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned will be removed. Entries made through bulk services or automated means are void. Duplicate accounts and referrals from the same household will be disqualified.

### 4. The prize
**Guaranteed base prize:** two weeks of Muay Thai training and accommodation at Revolution Muay Thai, Phuket, in a Fighters room. Includes two group classes per day Monday to Saturday, unlimited gym access, swimming pool, wifi and weekly room cleaning.
**Prize upgrades.** The prize increases if these order volumes are reached during the entry period. Upgrades are cumulative and cannot be withdrawn once unlocked:
- 40 orders: four weeks instead of two
- 80 orders: Contenders room instead of Fighters room
- 120 orders: plus £300 towards flights and the gym's sauna and ice bath recovery package
The Promoter's determination of the order count is final.
**Flights are not included** unless the 120 order threshold is reached. Transfers, meals, insurance, visas and personal expenses are the winner's responsibility in all cases.
**Validity.** Redeemable during the gym's low season only: on or before 31 October 2026, or between 1 May and 31 October 2027. Booking requires at least 30 days notice and is subject to availability. The winner may travel outside low season by paying the seasonal difference directly to the gym.
Electricity and water charges of THB 3,000 per month are covered by the Promoter.
The prize is non-transferable with no cash alternative, in whole or in part.
The winner must comply with the gym's rules and booking terms. Training carries a risk of injury. The winner participates at their own risk and is strongly advised to hold travel and sports injury insurance covering combat sports. Neither the Promoter nor the gym accepts liability for injury, illness, loss or damage, except for liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

### 5. Winner selection
One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries within 48 hours of the closing date and notified by email within a further 48 hours. The winner must respond within 7 days or the Promoter may draw an alternative winner.
Eligibility will be verified before the prize is awarded. The Promoter will publish the winner's first name and county, unless the winner objects in writing, in which case only the fact that a winner was drawn will be published.
The winner may be invited to take part in publicity, including content from their trip. This is not a condition of receiving the prize.

### 6. General
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these rules or manipulated the entry process.
The Promoter may amend these rules or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it. Any change will be published on the giveaway page. The base prize will be honoured in any event.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or not received due to technical failure.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

### 7. Your data
Personal data is processed by the Promoter as data controller to administer this giveaway. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry; it can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
The winner's name and contact details will be shared with Revolution Muay Thai solely to arrange the prize.
Data is handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at pureshilajituk.co.uk. Entrants have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection under UK GDPR. Contact hello@pureshilajituk.co.uk.
Entry data is retained for 90 days after the closing date to allow the result to be verified, then deleted, except where marketing consent has been given.
